New bikers, drivers, and even police officers do not know the laws related to riding bikes. When people bike in a predictable manner they are safer. This easily depicts the legal rights bicyclists and can be carried around on a bike at all times. It also describes the duties or responsibilities of cyclists. The back is a helpful tool in case of a collision when a cyclist my be frazzled. It outlines what actions should be taken to protect the cyclist.

The pdf displays the Minnesota mock up. The svg file can be used to alter as needed to reflect local laws and place group logos.
